Ingredients: Chicken breast or drumsticks 174gm Red onion 28gm Carrots 28gm Bok Choy (white part) stem 28gm Bamboo shoots 20gm Straw mushrooms 28gm Red bell peppers 28gm Dried chilies bird's eye 3 Kung Pao base 114ml Salt to taste White pepper to taste Rice bran oil/peanut oil 57ml Chicken stock 57ml Toasted cashews 58gm Method: Put oil in wok, brown the chilies to flavour.
We then chose Tori Katsudon (chicken breast in golden breadcrumbs with eggs, onions and spring onions in a special Japanese sauce), Eel Teriyaki (barbecued roasted eel with onions, spring onions cooked in teriyaki sauce topped with sesame seeds) and a vegetarian Moyashi (fried tofu with Chinese leaf, carrots, straw mushrooms and baby corn cooked in a special Japanese sauce).
Each bag comes with precooked chow mein, dehydrated Asian vegetables like crunchy water chestnuts and hearty straw mushrooms, and one of three stir-fry sauces: honey teriyaki, spicy kung pao, or mandarin orange (the latter two are also gluten-free).
