Los Angeles, CA, has entered into a letter of intent to acquire ZOIC Nutrition Drink and the license for an industry-first hybrid energy drink from LifeForce Labs, LLC, Altamonte Springs, FL.
Zoic Resources in Auke Bay received $203,400 matched with another $140,000 to develop a freeze-drying technique that will turn excess salmon into WAGS, a pet food which would be processed in a sealed foil pouch and hopefully marketed at $30 per pound.
The company worked in collaboration with four other Vancouver VFX houses to include Goldtooth Creative Agency, Animatrik Film Design, The Embassy and Zoic Studios, along with New Zealand's Weta Digital.
