6 March 2013 - US semiconductor products manufacturer Diodes Inc (NASDAQ:DIOD) said it had finalised its USD151m (EUR115.6m) all-cash takeover of Cayman Islands-incorporated analogue integrated device maker BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd (NASDAQ:BCDS).
