THE INGLESIDE OAK STANDS A FEW FEET AWAY FROM HARRODSBURG ROAD, a mile from the center of Lexington in the heart of Kentucky's Bluegrass Region. The ancient bur oak has been here for at least 300 years, perhaps as long as 500.
