There were 6 (11.5%) patients who had lymphadenitis, 24 (46.1%) patients had peri-adenitis, 11 (21.2%) had cold abscess
, 7 (13.4%) had collar stud abscess while 5 (9.6%) had sinus on presentation to hospital.
A painless cold abscess
may be the only presenting clinical feature for a prolonged period.
