A drug, C24H21F2NO3, that inhibits the absorption of cholesterol from the intestine and is used to treat high cholesterol.

[ezet-, alteration of azet(idine), one of its constituents (az(o)- + -et(e), unsaturated heterocyclic compound suffix) + -imibe, cholesterol-lowering drug suffix (perhaps ultimately shortening and alteration of inhibitor).]
