In the NCL red group, FANCB, POLH, KIT, POLE, BUB1B, DIS3L2, FANCD2, SUFU, TMC8, MSR1, and RET had significantly high expression, while NF1, NTRK1, MSR1, ANTXR1, ERCC5, FLCN, and TP53 were expressed at significantly lower levels.
