11 October 2017 - Irish professional services company Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Pennsylvania, US-based strategy consulting firm IBB Consulting to expand strategy capabilities for clients in communications, media and technology, the company said.
Following completion of the acquisition, approximately 160 of IBB Consulting's professionals are expected to join the Accenture Strategy CMT industry practice.
