During the physical examination, his neurological evaluation showed him to have normal motor tone and strength, preserved sensation, intact cranial nerves, a Glasgow Coma Scale score of 10 (of 15), nuchal rigidity, negative Brudzinski's sign, and negative Kernig's sign.
