Similar to the authors' first case, she had severe joint contractures and craniosynostosis, and in addition had levoscoliosis. The brain grossly demonstrated lissencephaly and ventriculomegaly with hydrocephalus of the lateral ventricles and cerebellar hypoplasia.
No compensatory levoscoliosis of the thoracic spine is noted.
Radiography of the thoracolumbar spine demonstrated a levoscoliosis with the apex at T7 and flattening of the pedicles from T5 to T7 suggestive of an intraspinal mass (Figure 1).
