 (mĭk-mĭl′ən), (Maurice) Harold First Earl of Stockton. 1894-1986.
British politician who joined Churchill in the 1930s in condemning Great Britain's appeasement of Hitler. As prime minister (1957-1963) he sought British entry into the Common Market.
