26 November 2012 - UK-based miner Anglo American Plc (LON:AAL) said on Monday it had concluded the ZAR3.4bn (USD383.1m/EUR295.3m) sale of steel producer Scaw South Africa (Pty) Ltd to an investment group led by the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC).
