Santa Rosa Island

1. An island of southern California in the northwest Channel Islands separated from the mainland by the Santa Barbara Channel.
2. A barrier island of northwest Florida extending about 80 km (50 mi) eastward from Pensacola Bay along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
