The two graduates, Kurtis Confait hailing from Hermitage and Shebele Ismael residing at La Misere joined the airline's finance department on a full time work basis in January upon completion of their studies at the institution.
As part of their development at Air Seychelles both Kurtis and Shebele had the chance to work within the treasury and revenue accounting department whilst awaiting their scholarship programme to further gain and build their experience in the field in addition to mastering the technical know-how required for the job.
Following the SBSA graduation ceremony held in April this year, Shebele won the outstanding performer award in Business Studies and Accounting as well as the dedicated award for being the best performer in the Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) examination.
Speaking to her finance colleagues Shebele said: 'I am grateful for the opportunity given by Air Seychelles and I am sure that all the skills and techniques acquired will be put to good use throughout my studies.'
