The three-dimension road map was acquired by conducting a 3-dimensional rotating angiography (3D-RA), which clearly revealed a right cerebellar bAVM of 3.1 cm x 3.2 cm x 2.2 cm in size with the feeders from the branches of the right
superior cerebellar artery (SCA), anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA), and posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA).
Repeated brain MRI showed additional bilateral and symmetric lesions in the medial cerebellar hemispheres and
superior cerebellar peduncles with restricted diffusion (Figure 2).
The vasculature is supplied by branches of three arteries: the posterior cerebral artery (PCA) and the basilar and the
superior cerebellar artery (SCA), depending on the level [1].

Compared with the epilepsy and febrile convulsion groups, HIA was significantly larger in the control group in sections of the right cerebral pedincule, the left cerebral pedincule, and the right
superior cerebellar pedincule.
When the lesion is in the dentate nucleus or
superior cerebellar peduncle, the olivary degeneration is contralateral.
And after checking the image, he told a colleague in a letter: "It shows bilateral
superior cerebellar territory infarcts and almost certainly these are secondary to vertebral artery dissection that occurred during sexual intercourse."
Branches of the basilar artery, the anterior inferior cerebellar artery, and the
superior cerebellar artery supply the lateral pons and the cerebellum.
Bifurcation of the basilar artery and its relationship with the
superior cerebellar artery at the proximal portion of the anterior pontine segment.
Incise the free edge of the tentorium in the rear part of trochlear nerve and suspend it to expose the
superior cerebellar artery, trochlear nerve, anterosuperior cerebellar, the lower part of the pons.
It revealed the midbrain malformations included fourth ventricle dilatation and
superior cerebellar peduncle elongation, which forms the classically described "Molar tooth sign".
(8) demonstrated hypoperfusion of the left medial frontal area in a patient with a right
superior cerebellar artery territory infarction via SPECT analysis.
