Proud of my typing prowess, I skipped the generation of electronic typewriters and advanced immediately to a word processor where I was introduced not only to a vocabulary that gave new meaning to old words (including text, character, back up, chip, data, document, cursor, font, icon, crash, monitor, scroll, justification, files, format, line-feed, shift, terminal ...) but also to new jargon adding to my ever-expanding dictionary of techie buzz words (pixel, binary, byte, modem, printouts, copy-and-paste, hardcopy, softcopy, CPU, word wrap
, database, spreadsheets, etc.).
Besides removing irritating > symbols, the tool gets rid of HTML code and email headers, and straightens out the word wrap
. To clean an email, copy and paste the desired mail into eCleaner and press F1 Select the cleaned text and paste it into a spanking new email.
