Recently, Siemens PLM and Feihe Dairy, headquartered in
Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, signed a strategic agreement in which Siemens' digitalization technology and applications will be used across the dairy producer's operations, including research and development, simulation and testing, quality monitoring, supply chain management and production execution.
Financial Profile Remains Solid: Fufeng improved its FFO net leverage ratio to 0.6x in 2017 after the full conversion of its CNY975 million convertible bond and an equity placement of CNY679 million in net proceeds despite higher capex on the first phase of construction for its new amino-acid plant in the Chinese city of
Qiqihar. We expect net leverage to be reduced further to 0.5x in 2018 after we factor in the land disposal proceeds.
