photodetector for high-sensitivity infrared cameras.
For example, based on this graphene-on-silicon nitride microring resonator structure, a waveguide-integrated graphene
photodetector was demonstrated [29].
The lateral part represents fluctuations of shower development inside the scintillating material ([a.sub.lateral]) belonging to lateral shower containment and contribution from the statistics of the photoelectrons produced in a
photodetector, which converts photons reaching its active area into electrons in terms of its wavelength dependent quantum efficiency and its internal gain, is represented with [a.sub.pe].
Consequently, the three beams obtained from the principal beam must be aligned in the direction of the moving axis so that the considered beams are received by the
photodetectors. The principle and the method of calculation of the position of each beam on a
photodetector are presented in Figure 2.
The most important parameters for investigation
photodetector properties are responsitivity (R) and gain(G)[9,10].
Graphene-based plasmonic
photodetector is also reported.
