Biosurgery Holding AG plan to combine their businesses by way of an exchange of Kuros shares for new Cytos shares, subject to shareholder approval and other customary conditions, the companies said.
The reason for this $325 million acquisition was simple: Baxter wanted to expand its footprint in the
biosurgery and regenerative treatment markets and enter the soft tissue repair sector.

biosurgery markets."
Both Energy (vessel sealing, electrosurgery and hardware) and Soft Tissue Repair (sutures, mesh and
