The magnetic field loop sensor was made in Institute of High Magnetic Fields of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU, Lithuania) and calibrated using "Lakeshore 455" gaussmeter
. The loop sensor was wounded with 0.05 mm copper wire and consisted of 5 turns placed in the middle of the planar inductor.
The mapping of the magnetic field was performed by a 3D step motor robot system (3-Axis Positioning Table, Arrick Robotics, Tyler, TX, USA), and Lakeshore Model 420 Gaussmeter
(LakeShore Cryonics, Westerville, OH, USA) with transverse Hall-probe and a non-metallic positioning system.
On the day after operation, all diabetic rats in SMF group had permanent NeFeB Magnetic disk (Solectron magnets co., Hangzhou, China) measuring 3.0 x 3.0 cm placed over the wound directly on top of the gauzes (N pole toward the gauzes, The magnetic field strength at the site was 230 [+ or -] 5 mT, measured by gaussmeter
Bell, Sypris Solutions, Louisville, KY) of a gaussmeter
(DG500, Laboratorio Elettrofisico, Milan, Italy) with a reading sensitivity of 0.2% (Figure 1).
(ii) in order to optimize the spatial homogeneity of the magnetic induction field, especially in the central region where the cells were stimulated, the two solenoids were supplied by the same electric current and their dimensions and distance were comparable; the spatial homogeneity was calculated in silico  and verified inside the cell incubator by means of a Hall effect gaussmeter
Static MFs were measured with IDR-310 and low frequency MFs with a IDR-210 gaussmeter
(Integrity Design, VT).
For example, the values of the magnetic field of some compound magnets were obtained with a Lakeshore Gaussmeter
model 475 DSP in the plots of Figure 3, at room temperature of 27[degrees] C, with a Hall sensor.
This setup is constituted by an analytical balance Shimadzu AY-220, a voltage source ICEL PS-4100, a digital multimeter ICEL MD-6450, a gaussmeter
GlobalMag TLMP-Hall-02, a home-made sample holder, and a homemade electromagnet.
We used a Gaussmeter
to measure the field in the gap without a sphere involved for the case of 400 Amp-turns.
For verification of 3D computed magnetic flux and analytical results in different parts of the prototype machine, flux density measurement in the teeth of the motor is carried out by GAUSSMETER
