joint communications control center

An element of the J-6 established to support a joint force commander. The joint communications control center (JCCC) serves as the single control agency for the management and direction of the joint force command, control, communications, and computer systems. The JCCC may include plans and operations, administration, system control, and frequency management sections. Also called JCCC.
