Within 200 yards take a path through a kissing gate
to a meadow on the right.
5 As you reach the bottom go through the kissing gate
. After savouring the views, turn right and go through another gate to enter the field.

The footpath arcs right and you walk along the edge of two large fields until you come to a kissing gate
. Go through this and bear right to another kissing gate
then bear left and you will soon arrive on the road near to Haselor Hill.

, then a climb up the mountain -surprisingly Hensborough Hill is 370 ft above sea level.
8 Turning right, follow the footpath through the chestnut coppice until you reach a metal kissing gate
. Pass through it into an arable field, bearing half right as you cross to reach a solitary oak tree near the next metal kissing gate
We follow the wall on our left to another stile and then bear right along the bottom edge of three fields to reach a wooden kissing gate
and steps leading down to the public road.
Enter the hand gate on the right and follow the trail along the outside of the wood to enter a field at a kissing gate
At the end of the track, join the Mynydd Llandegai main road, turn right and up the road till you come across a kissing gate
on your right.
Turn right through the kissing gate
and through the gate in the far corner.
