El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar la presencia de antibioticos en leches crudas del municipio de Monteria.

Basados en el ejercicio empirico, puede afirmarse que existe un mercado potencial para la leche ecologica, con unas disponibilidades a pagar promedio en la encuesta de 3720 y 2921 para las leches ecologicas deslactosada y entera, y estimadas de 3791 y 3112.
