Level III has the structure of the 90 degree angle or a 4fold division, which generates a constellation of properties: stasis, distinctness & identity (this- and-not-that), neutralness, insulation, boundaries/form/pattern, and simultaneity-space where time/change is "factored out", and it is ontically definite and objective (such as a concept or class) but is itself unembodied, as an idea or archetype living in the mind.
So I would say specifically of Rite Aid that we are a retailer that understands our weaknesses, understands that our biggest challenge is to get past that point of neutralness by identifying our strength in customer service as a point of differentiation.
