o·me·ga-c baryon(ō-mĕg′ə-sē′, -mē′gə, -mā′-)
An electrically neutral baryon consisting of two strange quarks and one charm quark, having a mass 5,279 times that of the electron and a mean lifetime of about 7 × 10-14 second. Also called charmed omega baryon.
