If the EC Opinion is consistently implemented, KomA!ic believes that a possible change in the electoral legislature, on the recommendation of the European Commission, can only go in the direction of strengthening the civic and not ethnically-constitutive principle, which is the principle of segregation and further strengthening of discrimination.
