Magirus AG, a European supplier of IT solutions, announced on 21 November that three private Magirus shareholder groups, the families Alghanim, Magirus and von Kuenheim, have between them acquired Agilysys Inc's (Nasdaq:AGYS) 20.2% shareholding
in Magirus AG.
