Lucy Carolan and Richard Glynn's artwork, titled Therblig, was awarded a solo exhibition at the New Art Exchange in Nottingham as part of the Midlands-based international photography festival FORMAT13.
Therblig was later displayed in this region at the Fuse Media Centre in Prudhoe.
Lucy Carolan says: "Although we have won something with Therblig already - an Exposure Award at FORMAT International Photography Festival - that was a year ago, and not the same kind of award at all.
