Sjael·land
(shĕl′än′) also Zea·land (zē′lənd) An island of eastern Denmark bounded by the Kattegat and the Baltic Sea. Separated from Sweden by the Oresund, it is the largest island of Denmark and the site of Copenhagen, the country's capital.
